Rates & Conditions

 

Our rates are quoted in euros per week (7 days, 6 nights) depending on the number of persons, number which cannot exceed a maximum of 4.

 

 

	Rates per week
For two persons	760 euros
For three persons	910 euros
For four persons	1020 euros

 

 

These rates are valid all year round. Children under 12 are free of charge when they accompany their parents.

These rates include : the reception at the airport in Mahé, the rental rate of the villa, the water, gas and electricity bills, the housework made every day by a local woman.

However, a new law called "GST" has created a tax of 15 per cent payable to the state of Seychelles. Our local agent will look after the necessary procedures for you.

 

Guarantee

 

You will have to lay down a deposit of 300 euros when you book the villa and it will be given back to you as soon as you are home unless damage has been caused.

Mode of payment

 

When booking your reservation, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 20% of the price of your stay by credit transfer. Your booking will then be effective. The rest is to be paid at least 7 days before your date of departure.

 

Cancellation

 

If you have to cancel your trip, a sum to cover our loss is to be paid.

It will be 20% of the rental rate if you cancel 21 days or less before the contractual date of arrival.

It will be 50% of the rental rate if you cancel 7 days or less before the contractual date of arrival.
